Still the One?

I guess so. John Hall, who co-wrote and recorded "Still the One," is running for Congress! Yes; people run for Congress all the time. This one is particularly interesting because of shrubya's campaign snafu last year when they co-opted the popular tune for campaigning. Hall was not happy to have his song associated with the GOP and told them to stop using it.

Something I didn't know is that Mr. Hall has already held policitcal office. He is a former county legislator; since he now lives in Dover Plains, I assume he was a legislator in New York. It also seems that this is one hot race, with possible primaries on both sides. I think this is going to be a fun one.
